• Where is the store based?

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  We sure do!

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 1 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service and the shipping option chosen at checkout. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 4 weeks. Shipping and processing are two separate entities see below for processing times. Due to COVID-19, local postal services may be delayed.

• What type of metal and how will I know it will or won’t tarnish?

  Shopping for any jewelry can be made easy and simple!
  Silver or gold plated = will tarnish and should be worn with care
  Sterling silver = will not tarnish but can dull. Easily cleaned with jewelry wipes!
  Stainless steel = will not tarnish or dull.
  Gold filled = will not tarnish but can dull. Easily cleaned with jewelry wipes!
  Solid gold = will NOT tarnish. Will not dull.

• Processing and Shipping

  Processing and shipping are two separate entities.
  Processing is the time it takes to receive, make and package your order. Since every item is handcrafted this time frame is estimated at 7-12 BUSINESS DAYS. And is subject to change during holidays and sales.

  Shipping is the time it takes for the shipping company (USPS) to receive and deliver your item. Depending on the efficiency of your local post office, this time frame is estimated at 1-10 BUSINESS DAYS depending on option chosen at checkout. And is subject to change during holidays and sales.

  Due to each and every item being handcrafted, when an item is also in high demand. We ask that you allow up to 14 business days for your item to ship.

• How do I pay for my order? Is it secure?
